These terms explain the conditions for using supercatlabs.com and buying from SuperCat Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, or have the permission and supervision of someone who can. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep any account access details secure.
Do not use our store for fraud, unlawful activity, abusive communications, infringement of another person's rights, or interference with the security or operation of the website. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address such conduct, subject to applicable law.
Our products are intended for cats and should be used according to their labels and directions. They are not intended for human consumption. Product information and educational content do not replace veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your veterinarian about your cat's individual needs, existing conditions, medication, or a change in diet. Do not delay veterinary care because of information on this website.
Individual experiences can differ. Reviews and testimonials describe personal experiences and are not a promise that your cat will experience the same result. This does not reduce our express product promises or money-back guarantee.
The price, currency, selected quantity, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout apply to your order. Offers may have stated eligibility conditions, expiration dates, or limits on combining discounts. A first-order offer does not automatically apply to later subscription renewals unless the offer expressly says so.
Payment processing is provided through the checkout payment services available to you. You authorize the payment you confirm at checkout. We do not ask you to send full payment-card numbers or security codes through our contact form or email.
After checkout, we send an order confirmation. If we discover an availability issue, a material pricing error, or a payment problem, we will contact you about the next steps. We will not charge a higher price or make a material substitution without your agreement. If an order is canceled and payment has been collected, we will refund the amount due.
Please contact us promptly about changes or cancellations. An order already in fulfillment may not be stoppable, but applicable refund and consumer rights remain available.
Choosing a subscription authorizes recurring purchases at the price and frequency disclosed before checkout until canceled. You may pause, change, or cancel without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment. Our shipping policy explains destinations, costs, tracking, and delays. Our voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee is available once per customer and covers only their first box purchased directly from our store, including a first box purchased through a subscription. It does not cover subsequent boxes or renewal orders. Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products remain separate. See the return and refund policy for the request process. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that consumer law gives you.
Our branding, original text, and other site materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping and keep copies of information relating to your purchase. Other use of protected content requires permission unless permitted by law.
External links may lead to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to us and do not use external providers to avoid your statutory rights.
Submit information you have the right to share. Reviews should reflect your experience and should not include private information about other people, unlawful content, or deceptive claims. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to marketing or give us permission to publish your private correspondence.
