Here is what to expect when you order directly from SuperCat Labs LLC.
Our current shipping zone covers the United States and Canada. Available delivery options depend on your address and the items in your cart. Enter your complete address at checkout to confirm availability before paying.
Our standard shipping rate is US$8.99, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of US$100 or more. Your eligibility, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and final total are shown at checkout before you place the order. Discounts may affect whether an order qualifies for a free-shipping threshold.
Delivery can take up to 14 calendar days from the date you place your order, depending on your location. This estimate includes order processing and transit. Some locations may receive orders sooner. Please review any order-specific delivery estimate shown before you pay. Delivery may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, address verification, or customs clearance. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, contact us through our contact form so we can investigate.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you, provide an updated timeframe when available, and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund, as required by law. An estimate does not remove these rights.
When your order ships, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. A newly created tracking link may take time to show the carrier's first scan. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number and checkout email.
Check your shipping address before ordering. If something needs correcting, contact us immediately. We will check whether a change is still possible; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
If a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and help resolve it. Delivery scans do not prevent you from reporting a genuine delivery problem.
Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs processing and import charges. Review the checkout disclosures for taxes and duties included in your order. If you are unsure about destination charges, contact us before purchasing.
